Change a Tear into Hope (涙を希望に変えて Namida wo kibou ni kae te) is the emotional Ending theme to the Arcade version of Triggerheart Exelica, it is also the 14th track featured in the Sound Anchor CD. In the Dreamcast version, the song was used on the "Normal Endings" for Story Mode, when the player finished the game using one or more continues, and for the End Credits at the end of the Arrange Mode.
This track was rearranged on the XBLA version and re-used in the Normal Ending credits in Triggerheart Exelica Enhanced.
